Refund Policy

We offer returns within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order. Please note that international postage can be high and take significant time. If you want to return an item simply because you changed your mind, you might consider selling it on a resale platform like eBay instead.

If you choose to proceed with a return, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned in original, unused condition and suitable for resale. Until the package reaches us, it remains your responsibility, so we strongly advise using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Should your order be damaged, incorrect, or lost during transit, reach out to us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange the appropriate return and refund.

Refund Information:

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please be aware that the original shipping charges as well as any taxes or duties paid are not refundable. Refund processing may take up to 5 business days once approved.
