A: Keep them dry at all times, store away from direct sunlight, avoid friction or compression, and store in a clean, dry place, preferably in a box.

Product Guarantee
A: All genuine Loysilk products purchased online have a one-year warranty on parts and labor from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing or technical defects only.
A: No, the warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, negligence, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care guidelines.
A: Color changes from chemicals or water, misshapen rings, bent prongs, lost stones, broken chains or fasteners not reported at delivery.
A: Loysilk will evaluate the item and may repair, replace, or issue store credit if the criteria are met.
Repair Conditions
A: For approved repairs, allow up to 20 business days from confirmation. Shipping delays and peak periods may extend this time.
A: Yes. Send a clear photo to customer service for a repair quotation. No work begins until the quote is accepted and paid.

Refund Policy
A: Yes, within 15 days of receipt, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
